Meet Marko, an accomplished and certified Professional Coach with extensive experience in leadership and life coaching. He proudly holds individual accreditations from two prominent global networks: the ICF, International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach PCC, and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) with the EIA Senior Practitioner Individual Accreditation.
Marko as a coach leverages his learning and experiences to help individuals and teams expand their capabilities, to deliver peak performance. His specialist areas include soft skills and communication development, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, mentoring, and coaching.
He is a specialist in working with the unconscious and Jungian approach, being a Jungian Master Coach and a trainer, CEAT (Expressive Arts Coach & Therapy), and an Embodiment Coaching practitioner. His diverse skill set includes being a C.P.I.C. Integral Coach, Jungian Coach, and facilitator. Marko is particularly passionate about holistic and somatic approaches to working with individuals, focusing on a comprehensive understanding of mind, body, and spirit.

In the intricate tapestry of self-discovery, I often describe myself as both all-encompassing and ever-evolving. Over the past two decades, my journey has been an active exploration of the depths of my psyche, leading me to eschew labels and titles. Instead, I embrace the myriad shades of my personality to connect more profoundly with my true nature. Some may call it spiritual work, others mindfulness, but for me, it represents the very meaning of life.
This profound journey became a focal point after my decision to refocus from a dynamic and bustling career. In my second career, while some may label me a multitasker, I prefer to identify as a creator—a firm believer in the power of dreams, fueled by clear intention, disciplined effort, and unwavering dedication.
Life has generously bestowed upon me gifts, challenges, innovative ideas, and the ability to shape reality. Yet, amidst the pursuit of business success, life's teachings emphasize the paramount importance of possessing oneself. I identify as a searcher and visionary, perceiving potential where others may not.
Growing older has brought wisdom, reinforcing my belief in the importance of balancing life. I dedicate substantial time to nature, particularly on my farm in Krast, cultivating a lifestyle focused on sustainability and eco-living.
What resonates most with me is the art of meaningful conversation, exchanging life wisdom with individuals who perceive beyond the surface. Whether submerged in the depths of scuba diving or basking in the warmth of a fire amidst nature, I cherish authentic human connections. Crafted with care, my holistic approach extends not only to my clients but also to the intricate facets of my being.
About My Practice:
My coaching style is grounded in Integral and Jungian psychology, offering a collaborative, pragmatic, and people-centered approach. I strive to strike a balance between providing support and presenting challenges. This methodology empowers individuals to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, express their ideas and goals more effectively, enhance communication and collaboration skills, build resilience, and develop readiness for the constant changes in today's world.
I take pleasure in creating an environment that fosters learning and growth through dialogue, shared frameworks, and experimentation. This process leads to increased confidence for individuals and strengthens organizational bench capabilities. Drawing from my rich and diverse experiences—spanning over two decades in event management and public relations, including running the largest event management agency in Slovenia and creating groundbreaking events—I've honed skills in storytelling, public appearances, and thriving under the pressure of time and rapidly changing circumstances.
Transitioning from my initial career, I leverage my extensive knowledge in my coaching and mentoring practice.
As a Faculty member in various ICF and EMCC-accredited programs, I actively contribute to shaping the next generation of coaches and leaders. Through training and mentoring, I assist individuals in cultivating a coaching mindset, expanding their capacity, and fostering maturity.
